Lay Cheng was extremely on the ball and effective, without compromising our best interests. Another agent had tried to market our property unsuccessfully, but Lay Cheng stepped in and we easily had double the number of viewings and the property was sold quickly and at a competitive price! I get by to know Lay Cheng when I am looking for the Stirling Residence property for investmemt. I brought a friend along as we are both looking for a property. As the govt had introduced additional ABSD to curb the properties price in July, we were informed to go down to the showflat to decide if we want the unit and all transaction have to be settled within that day before the deadlines. When we reached, Lay Cheng is already in the queue. Although the queue was long, she has volunteered to queue for us till our turn. I was extremely impressed with her professionism as we almost want to give up due to the long hour of waiting till early in the morning. She has also recommended on how to get the best loan & get her senior to explain to us on how to have additional saving when purchasing a 2nd property. She has also recommended the lawyer which is also very professional. Overall, I am satisfied with her performance.
